President& Founder:

 Robert Neri, founded Innovative Kitchens & Baths, Inc. in 1984.  His philosophy, from the beginning, is "until the customer if fully

satisfied, the job is not complete."  Robert's hands-on approach means he is available to meet with or talk to the customers, organiz

the work teams and oversee the administrative and design functions.

Fnance and Operations:

 Penny Winder, is a very experienced full-charge bookkeeper.  She is responsible for handling all of the financial operations and is

the office administrator.  Her organizational skills adn interaction with the customers and vendors help assure IKB's ability to provide

you with the quality service our customers expect from us.

Design Team:

Florina Wojciech, while specializing in bathrooms, is also skilled in kitchen designs.  Her eye for color, form, and attention to detail

will absolutely astound you.  Florina's goal is always for the end result to reflect your tastes, while being mindful of your budget.  She

produces a finished product that will be perfect for YOUR home - right down to the finest detail.

Project Implementation:                          

 All remodeling work we do in your home is performed by our own staff of skilled carpenters, some of whom have been with us for

over 10 years.  When necessary, we partner with experienced, licensed and bonded subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, or

HVAC work.
